Deep Diving

With SSI’s Deep Diving specialty you will learn everything you need to dive between 18 and 40 meters deep thanks to the combination of academic sessions and open water dives.

You can prepare the theoretical part online that we will later complete with theory sessions. In them we will solve your doubts, we will teach you to plan and complete deep dives safely and to use computers and gas consumption calculations to make the most of your deep dives.

In the practical part, we will do 3 training dives: one between 18-24 meters, the second between 24-30 meters and a last one at more than 30 meters. In these dives you will learn the use of specific equipment for this type of diving and the proper techniques to dive deeper in complete safety.

When you complete the entire program, you will earn your SSI Deep Diving Specialty Certification and will be able to explore deep dive sites wherever you go.

Course duration: 2 or 3 days (3 dives)

Requirements:

• Open Water certification or equivalent from another agency.
• Minimum age: 15 years
• Diving insurance. If you do not have insurance you can hire it here or at the dive center.
