Diving is safe and fun, but maybe you’ve ever wondered:
How can problem situations be prevented? How to react in emergency situations?
On the basis of the knowledge already acquired, the Stress & Rescue specialty program develops a sense of responsibility towards yourself and towards your diving partners and will teach you to be prepared in an emergency situation.

The course program consists of 6 theoretical chapters that you can do previously online from your home:
What is stress, learn to prevent it, identify it and combat it. Action in the event of an accident, rescue skills, factors complicating rescue, and equipment considerations. We will complete this theory with classes, knowledge reviews and a final exam.
In the 5 practice sessions we will carry out exercises in the water, where we will learn to react to real emergency situations that we may encounter: a tired diver, in panic, problems underwater, problems with the equipment, underwater search and immediate response.
We will also simulate 3 rescue scenarios!
Once the program is completed, you will receive your Diver Stress & Rescue certification and you will have the resources to prevent emergency situations and be prepared to act if necessary.
Course duration: 4-5 days (5 dives)
Requirements:
Minimum age: 12 years
- Open Water Certification or equivalent from another agency
- Certification in First Aid and CPR with no more than 2 years old (See React Right)
- Diving insurance. If you do not have insurance you can hire it here or at the dive center.
