Try Dive

Always accompanied by a diving instructor, you will dive in one of our usual diving areas in the Montgrí Illes Medes i Baix Ter Natural Park.

This activity begins with a theoretical part in which we will explain the operation of the material that you are going to use and the basic techniques and knowledge to dive in complete safety.

Once the theory class is finished (30 min.), We will go to the immersion area to dive with you so that you can put what you have learned into practice.

We will start in a confined water area so that you can get used to your equipment and perform some basic exercises that will increase your safety and confidence.

Once this stage is finished, you will start diving by moving by yourself and experiencing the incredible sensation of weightlessness that diving provides.

The try dive does not have a time limit, you can dive as long as you want and that the air supply allows us (40-50 minutes approx.). Your instructor will control your equipment at all times so that you only have to float and enjoy the experience to the fullest.

• Duration of the entire activity: 3 hours.
• Requirements: Minimum age 12 years.
• The price includes: Diving equipment, diving insurance for the activity, digital theory kit, certification and diploma.
